Donald Trump Tweets On International Matters

Calamur, K. (December 19, 2017). The International Incidents Sparked by Trump's Twitter Feed in 2017. Retrieved from https://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2017/12/trump-tweets-foreign-policy/547892/

This article analyzes the international incidents caused by President Trump’s Twitter feeds citing that his communication with the world is depended on his “national-security and media-relations team to craft anodyne public statements, but also on his ability to communicate directly with the world via the internet.” It is among the freedoms that he enjoy, however, there is a cost that comes with it because as soon as he ascended into office in January 2017, “some of his tweets have caused his administration legal problems; others have resulted in full-blown diplomatic incidents.” One of the incidents that caused a stir in the internet was when he tweeted, “Do you believe it? The Obama Administration agreed to take thousands of illegal immigrants from Australia. Why? I will study this dumb deal!” It was in February 2017 because the Obama administration has signed a deal with the Australian government to allow 1,250 refugees resettle in America, but after some time, President Trump sought a common ground to allow the deal work out.

Good Karma for those who comment...
