According to CNN, Trump spent the morning of December 11th 2020 going after his two Supreme Court appointees on Twitter. Later he stated that the Supreme Court should intervene in the US presidential elections since a Biden administration would be a plagued mess. According to the author, so far there was no evidence of wrongdoing by the Biden campaign or transition. The issue at hand was Biden's son, Hunter who was being investigated for his business activities. However, Hunter was not a part of the administration. CNN mentions that Trump was acknowledging defeat in the tweet when he tweeted ‘Biden administration.’ In a tweet he said, “Now that the Biden Administration will be a scandal plagued mess for years to come, it is much easier for the Supreme Court of the United States to follow the Constitution and do what everybody knows has to be done. They must show great Courage & Wisdom. Save the USA!!!”
