Trump Condemns America's Democratic Process After Obama Win

Prakash, N. (November 6, 2012). Donald Trump Freaks Out on Twitter After Obama Wins Election. Retrieved from

This article explores Donald Trump’s reactions after Obama won the election in 2012 because he took to Twitter thereby condemning America’s democratic process. “Shortly after President Barack Obama was announced the winner of the 2012 election, Donald Trump had what some might call a melodramatic freak out on Twitter. He condemned America's democratic process, said the Electoral College should get out of town and called for a revolution.” Looking at the tone of his voice in the tweets he sent out following Obama’s win, he was frustrated and not happy at how events turned out not to be on his side, probably, for Romney to win the election. “He lost the popular vote by a lot and won the election. We should have a revolution in this country!” the article further explains that the ‘lack of democracy’ as expressed by Trump was the Democrats winning the Presidential election because he still believed that Republicans in the house would carry their hope with them.
