Trump’s Tweets on His Relations With Russia

The Atlantic. (2017, June 4). The Trump tweet trucker. Retrieved from https://www.theatlantic.com/liveblogs/2017/06/donald-trump-twitter/511619/

This article looks at the prompts, contexts, and responses to Trump’s tweets with regard to his relations with Russia. The prompt is the meeting between him and the Foreign minister and President of Russia discussing the American’s concerns of Russia interfering with the 2016 election. The context of the tweets is an indication of the Presidents doubts that Russia hacked their emails and spread information that undermines the candidacy of Hillary Clinton. There have been very many reactions to these tweets that came in thick and fast showcasing lots of emotion on the subject. If the intention of the tweets was to put the subject to rest, then it failed because it opened further online discussions of the same. One of the many tweets reads; @realDonaldTrump …have it. Fake News said 17 Intel agencies when actually 4 (had to apologize). Why did Obama do NOTHING when he had info before election?

Good Karma for those who comment...
