New Social Media, TRUTH Already Facing Issues Before its Officially Functional

Morris reports that some issues have already been reported a few moments after Trump had announced the creation of a new social networking site. It is believed that Trump’s may have already been hacked. Even before the scheduled launch in 2022, this some people could have access to a URL that allowed them to create accounts. Based on this information, there already exists an account with details similar to his banned Twitter handle. Another issues noted by news reporters include failure to secure user accounts since an individual can create an account with different names. Other major issues include banning the use of excessive capitalization, limits the size of avatar images up to 100 megabytes. TRUTH SOCIAL also bars users from disparaging the platform. However, the platform was meant to give people the freedom of expression which is believed to be limited by big tech companies.
